That's why I am in, with or without other bulgarians...

The period in Europe is very critical now, as you see and people in my country, especially trough the Winter are worried about their future... It's very difficult to propose to some colleague participating for a charge, because the most of them are poor.. The cituation here is more than critical and people keep their money for bills and food.... But I'll keep looking for somebody who  can afford it and works interesting..

Luna, do you want something in addition, except for the posters? I will ask the studio for prices.

So, I think we have to keep going upper! :))

Hello dear!

I will tell you how many documents should I print with sizes and everything.

Take a look in the invoice, you have the paintings that I have here.

I also send you the poster, A3, the final will have the names of the artists. To print at least 200.

Mariana, attached your bussiness cards, i need your phone number in Bulgaria to put it on it. Take a look and tell me your opinion.

We sign a document to put all things to be clear with the engagement between us wich it is:

- 3 collective exhibitions, you included in each one without any fees. I fix the price with the accountant here for the budget each time, and I will let you know. I will tell you also how many artists you can propose to participate on it. It depends of the size of the gallery or their conditions.

- Either you will ask to the artists more money or either you will get the 30% for each inscription.

- 1 individual exhibition.

- Publicity in our webs of your work and an article only for you.

- 50% disccount for you in exhibitions that I will organize in Usa or Barcelona or Belgium, etc...

- We will make a close where you will be the only representative in East Europe and loyalty and trust between Luna Rosa Events and you.

You can tell me your conditions if you want to be motivated because it is very important to work with motivation! that's very important for me. Collective conscience to accomplish goals and everybody is satisfied.

Una ventana al Arte latinoamericano en Europa

Bilan 2011 de COLOMBIARTISTICA

COLOMBIArtística est une association culturelle à but non lucratif (loi 1901) basée sur la Côte d'Azur. Cette année nous avons accompli plusieurs objectifs : nous avons établi un dialogue culturel entre nations car notre but est tojours de promouvoir les artistes d'Amérique Latine et internationaux. Depuis 2008, plusieurs de nos artistes ont aquise une trajectoire intéressante grâce à notre travail et sont à présent contactés par des entités culturelles internationales. Nous sommes entièrement indépendants et ne recevons pas de subventions de l’Etat ou d’autres sources. Nous ne demandons pas non plus de contribution financière à nos partenaires pour représenter nos artistes. Nous incluons les artistes adhérents dans plusieurs évènements à titre gratuit et on précise ce point dans le contrat de représentation annuelle. Quand nous avons une invitation pour exposer dans une galerie, dans un autre département ou à l'étranger, nous demandons des frais de participation raisonnables aux artistes pour couvrir les frais d'exposition : transport des oeuvres, trajet (allez et retour), catalogues, affiches, cartons d'invitation, cocktail, installation, décrochage, permanence, publicité, articles de presse, etc...La logistique nous coûte plusieurs milliers d'euros par évènement et par an. Nous conservons 20% sur les ventes: 10% pour l'association et 10% pour notre mission sociale : UN TOIT UN DROIT (réparer les toits des parents isolés et des institutions défavorisées en Colombie) Notre but n'est pas de nous enrichir sur le dos des artistes ni de profiter d'eux. Notre mission est de faire connaitre leur travail en Europe dans un échange culturel avec la France.Les artistes qui ont participé à nos manifestations, illustrent leurs pays d'origine : Argentine, Bulgarie, Brésil, Colombie, Chili, Croatie, Cuba, Espagne, France, Haïti, Italie, Perou, Paraguay, Portugal, Turquie, Venezuela. Nous avons établi un travail en équipe et une confiance mutuelle. Notre slogan : L'Art abolit les frontières et les barrières!

COLOMBIArtística es una Asociacion cultural sin ánimo de lucro (ley francesa 1901) ubicada en la Costa Azul. Este año hemos cumplido varios objetivos : uno de los más importantes, establecer un diálogo cultural entre naciones pues nuestro objetivo es el de promocionar artistas de América Latina e internacionales. Desde el 2008 varios de los artistas representados han adquirido una trayectoria interesante y hoy en dia son contactados por entidades culturales internacionales.

Aclaramos que somos completamente independientes y no recibimos ninguna subvención del Estado ni ayudas de otras fuentes. Tampoco le pedimos ninguna contribución financiera a nuestros socios colaboradores. Incluimos al artista vinculado en varios eventos sin pedirle dinero para exponer. Es uno de los compromisos establecidos antes de firmar contrato anual.
Cuando nos invitan a exponer en una Galería en otro departamento o en el extranjero, pedimos una participación razonable a los artistas que participan para cubrir los gastos del evento : precio que cobra la Galeria por utilizar el local (a veces 1000€), transporte de obras , trayecto (ida y vuelta), catálogos, afiches, tarjetas de invitación, instalación, desmontaje, si se necesita conseguir una persona que permanezca en la Galería, cocktail, publicidad, artículos de prensa, etc…La logística nos cuesta algunos miles de euros por evento y por año.
Pedimos el 20% sobre venta de cada obra: 10% para la Asociación y el otro 10% para nuestra misión social : UN TECHO UN DERECHO (reparar los techos de padres y madres cabeza de familia, entidades de bajos recursos en Colombia) Nuestro objetivo no es el de enriquecernos a costillas del artista ni aprovecharse de sus ilusiones. Nuestra misión es la de dar a conocer su trabajo en Europa en un intercambio cultural con Europa por medio de exposiciones.Los artistas que participaron en nuestras manifestaciones culturales, ilustraron su país de origen: Argentina, Bulgaria, Brasil, Colombia, Chile, Croacia, Cuba, España, Francia, Haïti, Italia, Peru, Paraguay, Portugal, Turquia, Venezuela. Estamos orgullosos de haber establecido un trabajo en equipo y una confianza mutua.
